You will report to the In-House Recruitment team (Montreal), and you will help attract talents that have a real "Fit" with our organization. You will be called upon to build relationships with a network of candidates across Canada, as well as to build strong and lasting relationships with our internal clients.

Main Responsibilities

You will be required to carry out the complete recruitment process (searches via specialized sites, social networks, ATS, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, checks and references, etc.);

You will be responsible for meeting our internal clients’ recruitment needs while meeting established deadlines;

You will highlight candidates’ experiences with the positions to be filled;

You will develop and maintain a network of contacts around the world in order to identify the best candidates on the market;

You will develop, with our internal experts, the best strategies of posting job opportunities, research and evaluation, stimulating applications that are relevant to current and future positions;

You will actively contribute to and participate in events related to our field in order to attract the best talent.

As a member of the In-House Recruitment team, you will be involved in our talent attraction initiatives, corporate branding and numerous other projects that will help raise FX’s profile both internally and externally... So, get ready to put your ideas and creativity to work!

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Technical Skills

In this role, bilingualism is a strong asset to support FX in its growth beyond borders. As such, we are looking for a bilingual person in both English and French (spoken and written);

Have an exceptional customer-minded approach and business-oriented acumen;

Excellent ability to develop relationships based on trust;

Have at least 5 years of IT recruitment experience;
