Main responsibilities :

Identify, define, analyze and document project needs;

Understand clients’ needs and their business models in order to determine technical specifications and the required proofs of concepts for projects;

Design and draft technical solutions and documents for projects;

Accompany the development team during client meetings to collect needs, present analyses and technical solutions;

Ensure that the business needs expressed are related to the service offering;

Translate client requirements into technical objectives for the development teams;

Ensure optimal user experience during application development;

Create user guides and training documentation;

Work in close collaboration with the UX/UI specialist;

Technical expertise and general criteria


Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent;

Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, Responsive Framework, SQL, Webservices;

Asset: Knowledge of ServiceNow, Axure, UML, Excel, Visio, Selenium;

Asset: Knowledge of the Agile software development technology.

Sought-after skills :

Strong analytical skills;

Strong workflow writing skills;

Great communication skills, both written and oral;

Bilingualism (French-English) required;

Ability to understand users’ needs and their impact on the IT environment;


Detailed oriented;

Can easily adapt and manage several projects at once.
