Main Responsibilities

Define client-adapted technical solutions at the architectural and design level;

Assist clients in the implementation of a ServiceNow work program to support the expansion and adoption of the platform;

Understand the client’s requirements, find solutions and communicate with clients;

Participate in the definition of complex service missions generally involving several ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications/systems;  

Work with existing clients on the development of technical solutions and on the prototyping of new initiatives;

Work with the sales teams on new activities to understand client objectives and to ensure the continuity of architecture and roadmap initiatives;

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products;

Keep up-to-date via internal webinars, case studies, training, wiki and all other available resources;

Assist mentor technical advisors with technical design standards and implementation best practices;

Carry out research on technological partner solutions or other providers within the context of the client’s integration requirements;

Design and communicate a technical architecture blueprint based on capacity and process implementation roadmaps, depending on desired operational outcomes;

Work in collaboration with engagement managers to assist them with technical activities at the program level;

Provide informed leadership and ensure that client engagements are aligned with ServiceNow implementation best practices;

Create and maintain a roadmap for implementation of the platform;

Provide practical assistance for the detailed design and implementation of selected missions;

Demonstrate product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements with clients and partners;

Assist delivery teams to resolve critical path technical problems;

Provide advice on the client’s ServiceNow development lifecycle.

Technical expertise and general criteria


Proven experience in the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform;

Experience with ITSM processes or in the following functional fields: CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, ITBM;

Basic understanding of key relevant technologies for the integration of ServiceNow solutions namely: unique authentication, SAML, SSL, Web services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS;

Experience in the use of scripts in Javascript: rules, client scripts, user interface actions, user interface pages, etc. on the server and client sides;

Experience in a professional services environment with stakeholders, solution architects and extended program teams.

Possess business analysis, requirements collection and solution design abilities;

Ability to manage and overcome objections in a context of pre-sales and engagement;

Ability to learn a technology quickly through education and self-training;

Ability to work in a growing international environment.
