Junior and intermediaire Help Desk
for downtown Montreal, south shore and Anjou

Main responsibilities
•    Be the main line of support for our users (Troubleshooting, end-to-end user handling, treat and open incidents etc.)
•    Document and log tickets of all interactions in our ticketing system
•    Escalate and follow-up with appropriate teams and user when needed 
What are we looking for? 
•    Bilingual (English and French) 8/10 minimum for both
•    Troubleshooting skills
•    Positive attitude / team player
•    Strong ability adapting to changes
•    Strong communication skills
•    Solution oriented and organised
•    Curious, open to learn new things
•    Creative/innovator, ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas
•    Able to work under pressure
•    Leadership skills (recommended)
•    Helpdesk background (Strongly recommended)
