GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the IAM project at BDC, the IAM Analyst (Identity Access Management) will be responsible for documenting and communicating the different processes and procedures of the business to the developers, the IAM team and any other stakeholders involved in the IAM project.

The person will contribute to the team by assisting weekly meetings, coordinate delivery activities as well as lead workshops.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                           

 

  • Facilitate operationalization workshops with key stakeholders and contributors to deliver identified processes and procedures
  • Draft specifications (user stories) for developers based on the business specifications, procedures and processes
  • Conduct sessions with developers to find the appropriate solution
  • Have the solution approved by the Product Owner and the customer
  • Ensure the work complies with BDC Standards and Procedures
  • Create Change Requests in ServiceNow and ensure that the required documentation is ready within time for the CAB approval (Change Advisory Board)
  • Document implementation plans
  • Represent the project at CAB meetings
  • Support documentation of IAM processes and procedures
  • Prepares training documentation
  • Collaborate with Change Management to plan and facilitate changes, create the required materials and communications
  • Help defining and organizing governance framework
  • Help with the creation of reports and presentations

               

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer-science, Information Technology or other related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in IAM-related field or a similar position
  • Experience with IAM tools an asset(MIM, AD, Quest)

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, across both business and technology functions (business analysts, subject-matter experts, developers and quality-assurance analysts, System administrators)
  • Experience working in large/global corporate environments
  • Experience in developing/participating/implementing IAM systems
  • Experience in the compilation of metrics, graphs and data, and preparation of departmental and management presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within tight deadlines
  • Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining processes and procedures
